  1. If you are just driving with someone and need to leave your car in the parking lot, please let the front desk know that you do not need a shuttle from or to the airport, and they will be able to accommodate your request. 
  2. If you just need a one way shuttle from or to the airport, the process is exactly the same as above.

We suggest you arrive at the parking lot 20 minutes before the time you would like to be walking in the door at the airport. Your reservation includes 1 free round-trip trip from and to the airport. For example, if you have an 8 a.m. flight and you want to be at the airport at 6 a.m., we recommend you arrive at the parking lot by 5:40 a.m.

Trueparkings Shuttle offers services only to MCI Airport commercial curb. We will be able to drop you off at the commercial curb, and you can take a free shuttle to the car rental place. It works the same way on the way back.

Cancellations

All reservation cancellations are subject to a $5.99 cancellation fee.  To cancel your reservation, please visit our cancellation page and submit a cancellation request, and we will be in touch within 24-48 business hours. 

Depending on  the bank or credit card company, a refund can take 7–10 business days. 

If you need to rebook for different dates, please rebook first and provide a new reservation number as well as the old reservation number, and we will be happy to process a full refund on your previous reservation. 

The cancellation fee helps us cover the processing fee for the credit card companies. Regardless of whether the customer uses the reservation or not, we are still liable to pay those fees to the credit card company as the transaction has already been processed.
